St. Mary’s Church in Müncheberg
The space
St. Mary’s Church in Müncheberg is also used for concerts, readings and other cultural events. Sound reinforcement had to support these changing formats and fit into the listed building.
The task
New equipment could not be mounted on the protected walls. Existing columns and the architectural appearance defined the design constraints.
The solution
Pan Beam PB 16-D loudspeakers with Dante were integrated on adapted bases. Electronic sound steering supports different audience areas while the enclosures remain upright. The existing columns continue to provide lighting.
